The plot is vacant and regulated for 12 floors and 9000-10000 square meters. The Asplan Viak architect Peter Feltendal, has designed the building and its designed to harvest as much solar energy as possible while protecting the plates against direct sunlight, and give natural indirect light into the building. The idea behind the building is to create a lively center of business, technology and innovation. MIRIS is in charge of the project as one of the owners and Nokia will provide the newest technology that exists for the operation and development of data centers. In the core of the building there will be a Spark data center. It will be fully automated and the processes inside the data center will be driven by robots. The Spark will have a capacity of 2–20 MW of computing power. In return, this gives heat of 2–20 MW to local projects.
